- The only correction made was the inclusion of Mr. Manny Mercado’s name in the Advertisements and Promotion Committee.
- Brix Hernandez asked if there are certain mandatory elements which the body would like to incorporate in the February 2005 homecoming program. He asked the question because normally, the program is developed according to the budget proposed by the client.
- Carlos Casas mentioned that the jubilarians should register before the mass.
- George Mercado presented a template used by media for presentors. The proposed template was approved incorporating some revisions, e.g. Souvenir Program.

- It was emphasized that letters should be sent to the above-mentioned companies before the next jubilarian assembly. It is therefore necessary to get in touch with the respective contact persons as soon as possible.
- It was proposed that a Souvenir Program Committee be created to take care of all matters pertaining to documentation.
- George Mercado reminded the body that sponsors will be demanding for receipts. Alvin Pagarigan offered to take care of the printing and preparation of receipts.
- The proposed commission for those who would be able to get major sponsors, sponsors, and presentors was 10%. If the deal was closed by a member of the marketing committee and the sponsor/presentor was referred by another person, the division of the 10% commission would be 50-50.
- In case the sponsorship is an ex-deal, the person who got to close the deal will get 10% of whatever item is involved except for cases when the item is not divisible at all.
- The following were also considered as possible sources of income: a) sales of souvenir programs b) entrance tickets
- Gene Muyot thought that it would be good to hold a raffle during the homecoming night with a car as a major prize. George Mercado said that it would be better if we could get a sponsor to donate the car so that no cash out involved.
- In consideration of the suggestion, two types of tickets will be sold for the homecoming night-one which has a raffle stub and another one which is just for the entrance. It will be indicated on the ticket that in order to win in the raffle, the holder should be present during the draw.
- The suggested number of tickets to be printed was 2,5000.
- With no other item for discussion, the meeting was adjourned at 11:50 p.m.
- The next Jubilarian Assembly is scheduled on July 8.
